Our Role

You determine how you would like us to work, who we should talk to and whether you will want a written report or written advice.

Often we present our advice orally to a small group of partners and confirm the main points in a follow-up letter.

We are efficient and cost-effective.  We are usually quick to spot what the business needs of a firm are and what options are available to meet them. The main driver is not necessarily the technical excellence of a solution but its value to the business. The partners and the IT managers may have different perceptions of what the priorities are.

In addition to having the relevant IT knowledge, our consultants have all worked at a senior level in professional businesses, and are equally at home in the boardroom as in the server room. We are well-qualified to act as the bridge between the two.

We can provide an independent resource, to tackle an urgent problem, or report on to you on a broad or narrow subject, or someone to work alongside your own team, or someone to help manage a project, or just a 'colleague' to help you work out the best solution to your business needs.
