Litigation Support - Examples where Data might be exchanged You will often find it necessary to exchange data or documents with the other parties in a piece of litigation. This may be because of an agreement to work under the TECSA Protocol (previously the ITACC or ORSA Protocol), or because of an agreement between the parties, or because of an Order from the Court. There is little point in retyping data which might be imported or converted to the format which you need. Similarly, there is little point in you, your client or another party printing electronic documents so that you can scan it in - you may be able to use it in its native, electronic format. You may simply exchange your lists in Word processor format, or you may want or be expected to be able to supply or receive data or images in some other electronic format. The following are typical examples of situations where our data conversion services are relevant, whether or not you are already an Openlaw user.
